Anyone familiar with The OC soundtrack, or up and coming popular artists, knows all about Jem. The young singer/song writer - who was signed by Dave Matthews' label and named one of her songs after the show, 24 will perform Paul McCartney's "Maybe I'm Amazed" during the episode.
