A Critic Resolves to Embrace the Cohens

Those that review television for a living at tvguide.com have included our favorite family among their New Year's resolutions. To quote one of them directly:

This year I resolve to embrace my inner Cohen. Be it Seth's brotherly love for Ryan and his wife-beaters, Sandy's sacrifices to bail out his felonious father-in-law, Caleb, or Kirsten's refusal to shut out her surprise sister, Lindsey, The O.C.'s first family reminds me that family should always come first. Even if they are "adopted" street thugs, social-climbing sluts-in-law or high-school booze bags with a taste for lawn boys.
