As tvguide.com reports: Two writers are suing O.C. creator Josh Schwartzfor $10 million, claiming that the idea for the Fox soap is theirs. According toUSA Today, Scott Donnelly and Erik Lindsay allege that they had an agreement with Schwartz to develop a series calledThe Pointes. However, they claim the scribe went behind their backs and pitched The O.C.
