It's not related at all to the OC, but what's with the Who's the Boss references in the OC Round Tables?

One of the Roundtablers (Matt probably) has a thing for the ladies of Who's The Boss. Whats really interesting is that he hasnt done anything to thoughts of Alyssa Milano?? I know she may not be as hot as Jennifer Love Hewitt but she definately tops Mona & Angela.
