He gets drunk and stumbles off a cliff at the beach.
I'm from Australia but I knew this was gonna happen ages ago.
I was looking forward to him dying, but when he did it was kinda sad. But that's only because it was in slo-mo and has sad music.

In my opinion, I am glad Johnny died because he was really gettin in the way with all the other relationships goin on. Sure he was friendly with Marissa just a little too friendly. He was so stupid for getting drunk and then falling off the cliff. I mean usually if a girl tells you they don't get drunk and kill themselves they find some new girl to get fresh with!!!

even though johnny was like a total hottie..marissa and ryan belong together (because they both have messed up lives) and johnny was just getting in the way. i was sad when he died but i was happy that ryan and marissa could be together without a surfer in the way.
