Kelly was born in Ottawa, Canada's capital then later moved to were i live Toronto. and Mischa Barton moved to the US when she was about 4. She lived in like 4 different European countries. She was born in London, England.

erm yeah, i agree with everyone else, mischa is british, though i didn't know this until last week in the paper said something about 'british actress mischa barton' i was shocked lol, no british accent whatsoever but it all makes sense now!

i think she had an irish passport (her mother is from ireland) aswell as a british one but gave it up to become an american citizen or something like that. but she definitley british she was born in london and moved to New York when she was like 4 or something
