Thanks to tvguide.com for this tidbit:
Nikki Reed, best known for leading Evan Rachel Wood down a path of sex, drugs and crime in the acclaimed indie film Thirteen, will appear in at least four episodes of The O.C. beginning early next year. It's not clear who she'll be playing, but what do you wanna bet she leads Marissa's troubled little sis Kaitlin down a path of sex, drugs and crime? Twenty bucks? Deal.

who cares when Nikki is coming on The OC?! All i care is that there's a season 4! are you sure that they meant season four, not season 3? I reaaallly want this show to continue. but i don;t really want it to be about kaitlin, i want it to be about the seth, ryan, marissa, and summer still..... even if they are in college:(

I think they mean continuing season 3. Cauz I think it's too early to determione if theres gonna be a season 4.
