Its very blunt, they just show you the plastic surgery. They go all out, they dont leave out or mark out anything on the screen. Some people cant handle it, it even took me awhile to stop cringing. Especially with the nose jobs..ick.

Nip/Tuck is a atroke of pure genius. One of the best programmes around. However this is very different to The OC in many ways.
Nip/Tuck has a very dark humour, that only some find appealing. I would advise anyone to give this show a try, cos if you like it you will soon love it. I didnt like the first ep i watched, second time though, i couldnt get enough of it. Give it a go - Its worth it.

OMG did ya watch it last night? ewwwww it was disgudting when cristian whipped out his operating stuff and tried to fix his nose himself, and then during the operationwith sean he was awake, ewwwwwwww

i have no idea about nip/tuck and i don't intend 2 watch the show until i see an episode it looks a bit gruesome though
