Post subject: MP3 Player help

I charged my mp3 player over night and now its not being noticed by my computer and it says CHARGE MODE NOW on the screen it is working as there is a battery symbol in the corner and its full,It wont switch on,I believe I have to change the mode to play mode but dont know how,can you help?
