yes summer's parents are definitely divorced. in episode 7, the one where they go to tijuana, summer tries to comfort marissa after she finds out her dad is moving out. summer says "speaking as a child of divorce..." and then she tells marissa to go to TJ because being at home would suck right now. anyways the point is yes they are divorced. plus the whole step mom thing. they definitely are.

it was kind of obvious that they were divorced because in the Tijuana episode, summer said she had to pick up some pain killers for her step-mom

yeah there divorved because what summer said to marissa was in experience of being a divorced child and also she also talkes about her step mum because her dad and the step mum are married an u cant get married un less ur divorced with the last person
