I don't remember anything like that (unless you mean in The New Kids on the Block when Sandy said something and Seth said no and then Kirsten said "ready for school?" or w/e and and Seth said no again..wasn't really like the other quote)...but to answer the other question..that "rad" quote was originally in Episode 9, The Heights.
