Why cant they just show re runs REGULARLY?

Fox doesn't like to show re-runs of shows. They put on new shows instead (usually reality shows), or start their Fall lineup in June (I'm sure you've seen the commercials). By the way, Red Man and Method Man are starring in a show together on Fox? Wasn't the movie "How High" just bad enough to stop anything like that from happening?
