Caleb def!!!, I mean, he was the one that decided not to know about Lindsay, and after 16/17 years he still doesn't want her, he think that it's cause his money...CRAP!!!.....
I don't think Lindsay is being a bitch at all, first of all, she didn't know that he was his father and she was very excited to be a Nichol but after all that test....she knew that it wasnt worth it...Caleb sucks as a father

I have to say that Caleb is the mean one, i dont think Lindsay was a bitch. She only ever wanted to know who her father was, and her mom and Caleb kept it hidden from her. If I were her, i would be beyond pissed!!
And Caleb had 16 years to get to know her, so why know? Cuz everyone found out about his secret, and he had too? Lets face it, if he wasn't being investigated by the DA's office, he woulda never confessed to this, and he woulda never gotten to know her. so if she decided she didn't want to be a Nichol thats ok.
This is off topic, but why isn't Kirsten mad at him anymore???? She seems to have forgiven him.....

Both.
Caleb was mean and rude, but Lindsay was just a cryin,g whining, annoying person.
But in terms of their relationship with just the two of them, Caleb is clearly at fault.

That's so obvious. Caleb is mostly to blame. He was the one who kept playing Lindsay in his own freaky way, that basterd.
