Anybody watch the series premiere? I have to say that I am disappointed in Josh Schwartz, at least with the premiere. It looks like it's going to be way too dramatic.

If you want a funnier Josh Schwartz show, you might prefer Chuck, the new NBC show I"m working on. You can learn more about it here: www.chuckssecret.com, but it's about a Seth-like guy who has a bunch of goverment secrets downloaded into his head.

Yeah, I know Josh is writing for that as well. I am pretty stoked for that show.
I really think they're trying to make Gossip Girl the next O.C., it's getting so much press and not only does it have Josh writing but it also has Alex Patsavas doing the music (her company did the music for The O.C. as well)

serena looks like an old fart with her smoke lines on her face. she doesnt look her age. fo realz.
ugggh but Chuck is exactly the slime ball he is in the book!
but I hate how Jenny looks, her boobs didnt look likedouble D's like they said
nor is she brunette
and Rufus... he's supposed to be an old an grey and scruffy artist dad with a crappy artist apt.
BUT his apartment tooks tight and I think he's attractive... which aint cool yo
it was OK. I liked the music they played : ]

Obviously they're going to make all the characters good looking so they can throw in their old storylines. I mean, where is the fun in making a show if everything is already planned out for you?
