I too would like to lose some weight, about 5 kg...which is how many pounds? 11 i think
but dont worry, ill do it the healthy way
EXCERCISE
but probably over a long period of time
not like those biggest loser peopel

Haha I watched that show before... I thought it sucked ass. They do lose the weight very quickly though.

yeah like ten kg in one week
but they do do like 6 hours of workout a day..which i think is quite unhealthy

I watched Reign Over Me today... I bawled like a fucking baby. So sad. Adam Sandler's performance was perfect!

I made Stacy watch it last night... I knew when the sad moments were coming up and I just started to cry. I recommend the movie! I don't want to give anything away, but whenever Charlie gets angry or upset, or when he finally talks about "the past" it makes me cry.
