I think Jimmy is very well off; hes been playing the stocks, and hes good at ti.
What I dont get is why Marissa doesnt live with him. The cheuqes cleared, and Jimmy knows about the deal, so she should live with him.

didnt julie take the house then lkeave jjimmpy with the debt of the 4 millionb then caleb bought it and then jimmy had 4 million for the debts but then he got rich rich from the restaurant ... but hey how much did he actually get for the restaurant?
