Post subject: Anyone else miss Jimmy Copper?

They lost his love interest from the actress landing a full-time gig (the problem with television, roles that are perfect guest starts aren't viable), and this is making the storyline with Marissa living with her mom bizarre. They shut down the restaurant, and as a result, there just isn't room for Jimmy in the Cohen/Nichols-centrictric story.
Anyone have any ideas how they will get the lovable goofball back in the show?

Well.... remember Julie was like "Ohhh maybe you can come over for Sunday dinners or something?" because Marissa had that big melt-down? So maybe he will try and help more as a family....

when did they shut down the restaurant, and why?? its not becaus eof the liquor licence thing is it??

C'mon... thats why they shut it down.
Caleb buys the resturant off them and then attempts to sell the property to someone else.
I have a feeling Jimmy and Julie might be set up again.

yeah but the only reason he tries to sell it is so that he can get his other company out of trouble, and save kirstens job and all that stuff
