personally, i dont think trey is dead.... BUT she could do time because technically it was not self defense. but still, i think that she could get out of serving time just because of who her family knows, and plus the fact that she was defending ryan because trey was killing him

no techinally it was, the law states that self defense can be protecting somebody/and or yourself

I don't think she'll go to jail but I think she might not be around the whole next season. The kids at school are going to be really hard on her since she killed someone. Look at what happened to Luke when they found out about his dad in season 1. I could definately see Marissa having to leave some time next season just like Luke did.

It wasn't self defense .... she wasn't under attack.
she shot him but I hope she wont go to jail but i dont expect that 2 happen
anyways we still dont know for sure if he is really dead

marissa WONT go to jail. For a couple reasons, first shes too much of a main character to go to jail. The producers could just make it seem like shes going to jail but therell be some catch and she wont go. ALSO, lets not forget sandys her next door neighbor and i cant remember the last time he let any of the important OC characters to jail. and it wasnt technically self defense but even if it was you can still go to jail. BUT shes not going to jail, and i do think trey is dead.
